The Invest Ottawa Cybersecurity Start-up Showcase: Panel Discussion
Algonquin College's 2nd annual Cyber Security Days took place in Ottawa, Ontario on February 24-25, 2016.
WAW Technologies was one of the companies invited to participate in the Invest Ottawa Cybersecurity Start-up Panel Discussion. The panel participants were as follows:
- Brian O’Higgins, Executive Fellow, Mistral Venture Partners
- Stephen Borza, President and CEO, Bluink
- Ken Duck, CEO and Founder, VӧR Security
- Robert Venczel, CEO and Co-founder, WAW Technologies
The discussion revolved around the landscape for cybersecurity start-ups, specifically: opportunities; challenges; and resources available to facilitate growth and commercial success through Invest Ottawa (and other ecosystem players in this sector).
